As Vice President of Technical Support and co-founder of Green Generation Group, LLC (G3), Mr. Eargle is responsible for overall management and direction for technical support of all projects under contract, providing proposal/project estimating and due diligence support, development of alliance contract services, and supporting marketing and business development.

Wayne has extensive fossil power plant operations and maintenance experience in the power industry. He has provided due diligence support, station technical support, system technical support, and project management for all types of domestic and international power generation and industrial fossil-fuel projects.

He began his career as an engineer at Duke Energy Corporation's five unit, 1245 MW coal fired Plant Allen where he provided operational, maintenance, and project management engineering support for the plant.

Wayne later joined Duke Power as a member of the Fossil/Hydro General Office team where he was responsible for programmatic development and implementation of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance technologies within eight coal-fired fossil and two combustion turbine stations. During this time, he was team leader of the Maintenance Excellence Team. The team was responsible for the design, modification and end-user implementation of the department's computerized Maintenance Management System and the implementation of PM/PDM technologies. Wayne was also a team leader of the Management Resource Team supporting the Fossil/Hydro Department Business Process Improvement quality effort.

He joined Duke/Fluor Daniel (D/FD) as Senior Manager of Operations where he was responsible for proposals, presentations, contract support, marketing efforts and technical support for all types of domestic and international fossil-fuel projects for the Operating Plant Services Division. Mr. Eargle was influential in the team that developed Operating Plant Services into one of the premier providers of O&M services to the fossil-fuel industry in the U.S.

Wayne is also co-founder and VP Technical Support of Power Plant Professionals, LLC (P3). P3 provides management, technical, operations, maintenance, and project consulting services to the power industry

Wayne graduated from the University of South Carolina with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He is a registered Professional Engineer in North and South Carolina.
