Ms. Thibodeau joined Current2Current which became HydroSphere Power Generation and is now a key member of the Green Generation Group LLC team.
              
Kelly joined the construction industry in 1999 at the American National Power plant in Bellingham, Massachusetts where she was responsible for scheduling and procedure development.

Kelly honed her skills on OSHA compliance and standards by passing safety exams and serving as safety officer on several projects. She advanced to take on more responsible positions in project controls, payroll and purchasing. She has compiled claims information and maintains liaison with business managers of several Massachusetts Trade Unions.

Her project experience includes reviewing schedules and compiling claim narratives with the commercial manager at one of the world's largest SCR retrofit projects. She also worked as project controller on a multi-boiler replacement project at the Coastal Oil Refinery in Aruba followed by several short term projects liaising with lawyers on claims issues and arbitration cases as well as acting as Project Manager on some small projects in Florida.

Kelly expanded her project control skills at the world's first operational scale absorber at Paradise, Kentucky, followed by an extended use of her skills at various projects within the USA, specializing in fired heater technology at unscheduled outages.

Kelly then worked as an assistant project manager at one of the best known fired heater designers. Her skills were enhanced by working with Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Engineering Design from project start through mechanical completion; including the maze of documentation involved with the logistics of shipping fired heaters to the four corners of the globe.
