As President, CEO, and co-founder of Green Generation Group, LLC (G3), Mr. Rosiak is providing corporate direction and leadership, while continuing to utilize his extensive years of comprehensive management, O&M, engineering, project development, and project management experience in the power industry in order to provide consulting services to the power industry.

After graduating from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Ted began his career with Virginia Electric Power Company (Vepco - currently Dominion Energy at the 3x565 MW coal fired Mt. Storm (WV) Station. He held positions of Plant Engineer, Operations Superintendent, and Plant Manager at Mt. Storm. As Section Supervisor of Performance Analysis he provided O&M and small project support services to all of Vepco's fossil fuel generation.

 Following his early highly successful career at Vepco, Rosiak joined Colorado-Ute Electric Association in Montrose, Colorado as Manager of Operations. He was responsible for the O&M of the 3 x 450 MW Craig Station and the 700 MW 2 unit Hayden Station in Colorado. He served as Project Manager of the world's first utility scale circulating fluidized bed combustion power facility at the 100 MW Nucla Station (CO). He was promoted to Vice President of Operations with responsibility for all of the company's fossil and hydro generation. As Executive Assistant to the President he supported all aspects of the company business including working with the Board of Directors, annual meeting planning, and supporting lobbying efforts in Washington and Denver.

Next, Mr. Rosiak joined Fluor Daniel in Greenville, South Carolina as Manager of Project Operations, where he provided project development, proposal and start-up support, and project management for power projects. He joined Duke/Fluor Daniel (D/FD) as Senior Project Director and was responsible for the development, direction, and management of multiple power projects ranging in capacity from 50 MW to 615 MW. He was later promoted to Vice President O&M for D/FD where he was responsible for third party O&M services worldwide.

As Senior Vice President of D/FD's Operating Plant Services Division, Mr. Rosiak was responsible for worldwide operations and maintenance, technical services, capital improvement and retrofit project execution, and turbine fleet management services for operating fossil-fueled power facilities. He was directly responsible for the EPC of 11 SCR projects in the US and for the O&M of twenty-five generating plants , in the U.S., Indonesia, China and Australia.

Ted is also co-founder and President of Power Plant Professionals, LLC (P3). P3 provides
management, technical, operations, maintenance, and project consulting services to the
power industry
